Dr. Emil Pop, President of Alchem Laboratories
Dr. Emil Pop founded Alchem Laboratories in 1997 after more than three decades of technical leadership and management positions in the pharmaceutical industry.  Alchem is an R&D organization that focuses on process development and manufacturing of fine organic chemicals and drug substances.  The company began operation at its current site in 1998 and has successfully concluded numerous projects for leading pharmaceutical companies and government agencies.

Alchem is registered with the United States Food and Drug Administration as a drug establishment and with the State of Florida as a prescription drug manufacturer.  Alchem is in compliance with cGMP requirements. Alchem serves clients in the following areas:
